According to media reports, at least 14 people have died and over 60 were injured after a Bek Air’s Fokker 100 passenger plane with around 100 people on board crashed shortly after taking off from Almaty airport. The flight was en-route from Almaty, the country’s largest city, to the capital Nur-Sultan. The cause of the incident is yet unknown.
